Refund Policy

The Exiter Club: For new members joining the Exiter Club after December 31, 2024, we offer a performance guarantee. Within one year, you will achieve a 30% reduction in your work hours, an 80% improvement in your team’s productivity through delegation, and a 30% increase in your business valuation. If these specific targets are not met, we will refund your membership fee, continue to work with you one-on-one until you achieve these results, and provide you with a $5,000 credit toward future services.

  • Eligibility: This guarantee is available only to business owners with a net profit of at least $300,000 who are fully committed to engaging and taking action.
  • Exclusions: This refund policy does not apply to Exiter Club members who joined prior to December 31, 2024. For these members, the original terms agreed upon at the time of joining still apply.

Private Coaching Services: Due to the personalized and intensive nature of our one-on-one coaching services, all sales are final. No refunds will be offered for any reason. We are fully committed to delivering exceptional value and support, and we require the same level of commitment from our clients..

Event Tickets: No refunds will be issued for event tickets. All sales are final.

Books: If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

Mastermind & Coaching Services: Upon purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation with instructions for scheduling your onboarding session with our team. Sessions are typically conducted via Zoom. During this call, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how to fully engage with our services, including all regularly scheduled meetings, calls, events, and more. You’ll also receive any necessary login information to access the resources and materials included in your package.

Event Tickets: Tickets for events will be delivered electronically to the email provided at checkout. Please ensure that your email address is accurate to avoid any issues.

Books: Physical copies of books are shipped within 2 days of purchase typically via USPS Media Mail. Digital copies are delivered immediately upon purchase via email.

In the event of any delays or issues with fulfillment, please contact [email protected], and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Restrictions

Books: We can ship books worldwide, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs outside the continental U.S.

Mastermind & Coaching Services: Our coaching services are primarily designed for clients based in the United States. International clients may contact us to discuss their specific needs and potential accommodations.

 

Payment Methods & Compliance

Payment Methods Accepted: We accept the following payment methods: credit card, ACH, wire transfer, and USD cash. Specifically, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for credit card payments in US dollars.

Payment Security & Compliance: We comply with the rules and guidelines set forth by major credit card networks, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Our payment processes are fully secure and adhere to the highest standards of data protection. Cancellation Policy

Exiter Club Mastermind: Membership in the Exiter Club is a commitment for the entire 12-month term unless otherwise agreed upon and stipulated int he Agreement signed by the member. No cancellations or terminations are permitted once you have joined. All dues for the one-year membership are non-refundable and must be paid in full, regardless of participation or engagement level. For New Members who join after December 31, 2024: While cancellations are not allowed, our performance guarantee is in place to ensure that you achieve the promised results or receive a refund as outlined in our refund policy.

Private Coaching Services:

  • Termination by Client: The Client waives the right to terminate this Agreement during the Initial Term or any Renewal Term, except under the following conditions:
    • Severe Financial Disaster: The client may cancel the agreement if they experience a severe financial disaster that significantly impacts their ability to continue the coaching relationship. Documentation may be required to support such claims.
    • End of Term: The client may cancel the agreement by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days before the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term, as outlined in the Term and Renewal section of the agreement.
    • Notice Requirement: If the client qualifies for cancellation under the conditions mentioned, they must provide a 30-day written notice.
  • Termination by TRJD: TRJD may terminate the Agreement at any time with thirty (30) days written notice to the Client.

Event Tickets: Once purchased, event tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person with written permission from our team.

Consumer Data Protection

Your security is our priority. We comply with all relevant data protection regulations, including GDPR, to ensure your information is handled with the utmost care.
